Description
Visa Consulting and Analytics (VCA) is seeking a Senior Manager, Digital Practice to drive growth and impact in Brazil, focusing on clients and opportunities in Brasília and the public and private financial-services ecosystem.
The successful candidate will help implement Visa's digital agenda in Brazil, supporting issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, and government-related entities to evolve their digital businesses.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading complex digital-transformation and innovation engagements
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders
- Developing comprehensive frameworks to assess clients' digital maturity
- Identifying and converting consulting opportunities
- Designing and scaling repeatable Digital Practice offerings
- Leading executive workshops and strategic presentations
- Promoting customer-centric product and experience design
- Streamlining advisory execution through standardized methods
- Monitoring emerging digital trends and translating them into actionable client opportunities
- Collaborating with the broader fintech and digital ecosystem
- Supporting clients in effectively using Visa's digital products and services
- Leading and developing multidisciplinary project teams
- Fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and delivery excellence
Visa requires at least 3 days in office.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, business, technology, or design-related field
- 8+ years of relevant experience in management consulting, digital transformation, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience leading complex consulting engagements
- Strong knowledge of digital channels, products, and technologies
- Experience identifying commercial opportunities and contributing to consulting pipeline and revenue growth
- Strong problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and analytical rigor
- Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
- Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus
