Senior Business Analyst, Revenue Analytics

Reddit's Revenue Strategy & Analytics team is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to build and maintain analytical tooling and data infrastructure for the Large Customer Sales (LCS) business channel.

The successful candidate will leverage technical foundations to drive sales rigor, optimize performance, and propel revenue strategy, while helping build agentic analytics tooling.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales, Go-To-Market Strategy, Finance, Product, and Data Science to deliver analytics that shape Reddit's revenue strategy.
• Build AI-ready data foundations: Develop and govern semantic models and contextual business logic.
• Translate insights into action, guiding business partners through complex data findings.
• Drive operational excellence, ensuring on-time delivery of insights and automation of recurring reporting.
• Partner with Data Science and Salesforce teams to manage and enhance revenue data foundations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• 4+ years of relevant work experience in sales operations, business operations, consulting, investment banking, or similar roles.
• 3+ years experience with SQL and relational databases.
• 3+ years experience developing dashboards in Looker or similar.
• Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis; knowledge of BigQuery a plus.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted coding and development tools.
• Strategic and analytical capability: Proven ability to think strategically and translate data into insights and actions.
