Success Operations Associate

As a Success Operations Associate at ShipBob, you will join the Supply Chain Innovation team and work closely with the Operations and Supply Chain Innovation team to support ShipBob's largest merchants.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Creating and maintaining merchant-facing purchase order trackers
• Coordinating shipments and communicating with operations, transportation companies, and brokers
• Creating accurate and compliant BOLs and shipping labels
• Arranging dock appointments for outbound shipments
• Providing supporting documentation for retailer chargebacks
• Escalating urgent issues and submitting error-free shipment notices
• Monitoring error reporting tools and troubleshooting defects
• Following SOPs for retailer routing processes and managing retailer TMS
• Collaborating with on-site B2B leads and other teams to ensure a positive business impact
• Building relationships with Implementation, Product, and Operations teams
• Creating paid request tickets as necessary
• Attending stand-up meetings with high-volume B2B sites

You will need to have:

• At least 1 year of experience managing operations and backend activities
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver results
• Excellent interpersonal skills
