Inbound 2nd Shift Lead Fulfillment Associate

You will be working within one of several teams: Receiving, Picking, Packing, or other duties as required.

Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring products are handled, stored, and distributed safely and efficiently
• Following standard operating procedures and reporting any concerns
• Supporting traceability through accurate record-keeping
• Contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and product safety awareness

Requirements:

• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including overtime and weekends
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk continuously during an 8-10 hour shift
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach above, and push/pull frequently
• Detail-oriented and able to adapt to change quickly
• Previous warehouse experience not required
