Associate Producer - EA SPORTS™ NHL

Electronic Arts is looking for an experienced Associate Producer to join the EA SPORTS™ NHL team.

As an Associate Producer II, you will have broader ownership, drive complex feature development, and develop into a future Production leader on the franchise. You will collaborate closely with creative, technical, and leadership partners to shape outstanding player experiences from concept through final delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Leadership & Feature Ownership: Translate product goals into compelling features and experiences, lead features from concept to release, and drive creation and evolution of high-impact gameplay features.
• Cross-Discipline Collaboration: Work closely with Design, Engineering, Animation, Art, UX, and QA teams to ensure delivery quality, predictability, and cohesion.
• Creative & Strategic Thinking: Use player feedback, data insights, and design sensibilities to inform priorities and decisions.
• Communication & Influence: Build excitement and alignment around features, communicate status and risks, and guide junior team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in game production, product management, or similar roles.
• Proven experience leading feature delivery, Agile and waterfall development processes, and building online-enabled features.
• Demonstrated ability to create product plans, user stories, and feature requirements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence teams.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with UI/UX or game design.
• Technical aptitude (scripting or light programming familiarity).
• Experience working in R&D or innovation-oriented environments.
