Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Trade Operative to join our team in Borehamwood. As a Multi Trade Operative, you will be responsible for delivering a first-class service to our properties, carrying out maintenance, responsive repairs, void works, and property MOTs across various trades.
The role involves working efficiently to complete tasks within required deadlines, providing good customer care, and having skills in multiple trades such as carpentry, plumbing, plastering, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, and flooring.
In return, you will receive a salary of £34,359 - £42,759 per year, plus eligibility for a £125 monthly London Allowance, van, tools, company bonus scheme, and regular overtime.
Key requirements include:
- Holding a valid UK driving licence
- Being eligible to work in the UK
- Ability to provide good customer care
- Experience in multiple trades
