POSM Warehouse Senior Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled POSM Warehouse Senior Specialist to join our team in Cairo. As a Senior Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and efficient productivity at Red Bull's warehouse and our 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) provider.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Reporting and Analysis

• Reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) as per the Service Level Agreement (SLA) for all performance measures across all service providers
• Tracking assets and providing reports
• Preparing budget performance reports on a weekly basis
• Daily deployment tracking and weekly POSM movements reconciliation
• Reporting warehouse and transportation damages, and tracking warehouse utilization
• Conducting monthly stock count reporting

Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management

• Overseeing day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products
• Managing inventory and ensuring efficient staff coordination
• Following up on system transactions at our 3PL provider
• Planning and allocating resources to meet daily operational requirements
• Ensuring loading and offloading operations comply with the SLA agreed upon with our 3PL provider
• Conducting monthly stock reconciliations and handling damages

Stakeholder Management, Service Delivery & Compliance

• Leading and owning internal processes and service level agreements with all stakeholders
• Managing the deployment plan with the planning, marketing, and sales teams, and our 3PL provider
• Ensuring on-time order delivery and compliance with agreed SLAs
• Conducting monthly KPI reviews with 3PL and trucking service providers
• Monitoring and enforcing compliance with Red Bull policies and safety regulations

Team Development & Continuous Improvement

• Training, mentoring, and providing regular feedback to warehouse staff
• Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing changes

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3-5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management
• Experience in managing and leading multiple stakeholders
• Proven track record of driving efficiency within warehousing areas
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• Familiarity with SAP, Excel, and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
