As a Partner Success & Marketing Events Intern, you will support end-to-end event planning and execution, assist with onboarding partners, merchants, and vendors, and build strong relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:

• Support event planning and execution from conceptualization to on-site coordination
• Assist with onboarding partners, merchants, and vendors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, clients, and partners
• Serve as a key point of contact for client needs and expectations
• Coordinate vendor requirements and ensure deliverables are met on time
• Manage the end-to-end merchant onboarding lifecycle
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, and IT teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
• Support event marketing and promotion through multiple channels
• Assist in on-site event coordination to ensure smooth and successful delivery
• Prepare post-event reports, insights, and performance summaries

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Fintech, Marketing or a related field
• Strong communication skills and organizational abilities
• Creative, adaptable, and detail-oriented
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and work in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with design or social media tools is an advantage
• Available for a full-time internship
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools and digital technologies to enhance productivity and innovation
