At AIA, we've started an exciting movement to create a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone.
As part of our marketing, distribution & partnership team, you'll play a vital part in advancing this movement. You'll be responsible for supporting the performance and agent recruitment activities, developing & grooming future leaders amongst the agency force, and maintaining good rapport with all the Agency Leaders & Life Planners.
Responsibilities:
- Encourage and assist leaders and introducers to recruit & retain quality agent recruits.
- Conduct coaching and review sessions with new agents on a regular basis.
- Conduct and observe SBSG & morning meeting sessions for new agents on a weekly basis.
- Join agency meetings to brief leaders and agent recruiters about changes and recap on the current recruitment process and regulations.
- Be creative in conducting various kinds of BOPs to attract serious side hustlers & committed explorers to join as Life Planners.
- Maintain good bonding and excellent teamwork with all stakeholders.
- Work closely with other team members to drive key KPIs under Strategic Development AEA.
- Identify potential AUM in the agency and groom them to the next level via sustainable yet strong direct recruitment.
- Complete all administrative work/reports as required.
Requirements:
- Tertiary Education from a reputable University.
- At least 5 years' experience in the Insurance or Financial Institution industry.
- Candidates with PCE, CEILI & TBE certification/ AMII/ ACII/ AAII or other insurance professional qualifications will have a better advantage.
- Outgoing, sociable, resourceful, independent, and able to communicate with all levels.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills with flair for innovation and creativity.
- Creative thinking, forward thinking entrepreneur & analytical skills.
