Production Manager (Arabic speaking)

ElevenLabs is seeking a Production Manager to oversee the success of its Productions division, which offers managed services for creators and media businesses. As a Production Manager, you will drive the success of Productions for one or multiple language teams, focusing on Arabic.

The ideal candidate will have native-level knowledge of Arabic and experience building or running a production team in a language service provider, localization agency, media company, or similar. You will be responsible for onboarding and training linguists and audio professionals, building quality control systems, and defining the editorial line and creative direction.

Responsibilities:

• Onboard and train linguists and audio professionals to use the ElevenLabs platform
• Develop quality control and monitoring systems to ensure high-quality content
• Collaborate with the Productions product and engineering team to optimize tools and processes
• Define editorial lines and set creative directions

Requirements:

• Native speaker of or native-level knowledge of Arabic
• Experience building or running a production team in a relevant industry
• Strong attention to detail and ability to give feedback
• Familiarity with the ElevenLabs platform is a plus
