Description
We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at Target, including Guest Advocate, General Merchandise Expert, Fulfillment Expert, Style Consultant, Inbound Expert, Food & Beverage Expert, and Tech Consultant.
The starting hourly rate is $16.25 USD per hour, with a pay range of $16.25 USD - $24.40 USD per hour. Effective 09/20/26 to 01/02/2027, non-exempt team members will be eligible to receive a temporary additional $1 on top of an existing $1/hr shift differential for eligible overnight or early morning hours worked.
As a team member at Target, you will have the opportunity to gain knowledge of guest service fundamentals, retail business fundamentals, and experience executing daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service and ensure a welcoming shopping experience
- Stock, set, and sell Target products
- Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests
- Adapt to current technology needs and learn new skills
- Resolve guest questions quickly and effectively
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders and scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
