Materials Specialist

Anduril Industries is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Materials & Quality Specialist to oversee warehouse inventory accuracy and material flow. In this role, you will play a critical part in keeping systems and physical inventory aligned, executing cycle counts, and collaborating with production and purchasing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Support receipt, identification, and documentation of inventory.
• Ensure inventory stock levels and locations match corresponding quantities and locations in the ERP system.
• Execute cycle counting process between Physical Inventory and the ERP system.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to review, identify, and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Improve processes to address root causes of discrepancies.
• Supply the production floor with needed materials per the monthly Production Plan.
• Perform mechanical inspection of incoming and in-stock materials.
• Operate pre-programmed CMM routines to verify part conformance.

Requirements:

• Minimum of High school or vocational school diploma.
• 5+ years' experience in Material Management, Manufacturing Operations, or related field.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with mechanical inspection tools (calipers, XRF, CMM).
• Hands-on attitude and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
