Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers feel valued every time they shop with us.
- Confidently recommend and sell our newest food products to customers.
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience.
- Contribute to a positive, high-energy environment, supporting colleagues in delivering a seamless customer experience.
- Adapt to changing demands of the retail environment, working across various areas of the store.
This is a part-time, night shift role, working Sundays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays from 22:00-06:00. Due to operational requirements, you may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December. A £3.00 per hour unsocial premium is added to hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
