Experience Designer (Visual Craft and UI) - EA SPORTS™ FC

We are seeking an Experience Designer (Visual Craft and UI) to join our EA SPORTS™ FC team. As an Experience Designer, you will partner closely with product managers, producers, engineers, and fellow designers to create meaningful, high-impact experiences within FC's live service.

Responsibilities:

• Design and integrate live events, seasonal content, partnership opportunities, and real-world moments into the player's experience
• Balance creative exploration with practical execution
• Collaborate cross-functionally across a large organization
• Develop and maintain design systems
• Communicate creative decisions and design rationales effectively

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in game development or product design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating ability to connect form and function into intuitive and scalable experiences
• Strong visual craft across UI, typography, and composition
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Suite, or similar)
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design within existing frameworks and constraints
• Experience working with, contributing, or creating design systems
• Solid foundation in typography, layout, composition, and interaction patterns
• Strong storytelling, presentation, and design rationale skills
• Ability to independently drive design initiatives from concept to implementation
