Job Overview

Join our motivated, high-performing team in Lisbon as a Sales Representative for Portugal. You'll be part of a team that grows our portfolio in beautiful touristic destinations like Madeira, Azores, and northern Portugal.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to vacation rental owners and execute sales strategies, mostly through cold calling, to determine if Holidu is the right solution for their needs.
• Generate sales by handling all aspects of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Track your activities rigorously and monitor your completion of monthly targets.
• Support the onboarding process of new team members and share your knowledge with other international sales teams at Holidu.
• Help organize events to promote Holidu and build a community of vacation rental owners.
• Conduct regular business trips in the region, spending about 25% of your time traveling.

Requirements

• High level of self-motivation and ability to convince hosts both on the phone and face-to-face.
• Positive mindset towards new challenges and empathic personality that enables strong interpersonal relationships.
• Solution-driven attitude and the ability to work in a responsible and organized way.
• Experience in sales or account management, travel industry, or online business is preferred but not mandatory.
• Near-native Portuguese skills and fluent English skills.
• Driver's license.
