Senior Executive, Data & Reporting, CLM Hub

Prudential is seeking a Senior Executive, Data & Reporting, CLM Hub to leverage data into driving business decisions and strategies.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Data Analysis: Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decisions.
• Reporting: Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports that provide clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Working closely with various departments to understand their data needs and provide solutions that support their objectives.
• Data Management: Ensuring data integrity and accuracy by implementing and maintaining data quality standards.
• Tool Utilization: Utilizing business intelligence tools and software to automate data collection and reporting processes.
• Training: Providing training and support to team members on data analysis and business intelligence tools.
• Project Management: Understanding project management concepts from inception to completion, ensuring that project goals are met on time and within budget.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitoring and evaluating the performance of BI initiatives to ensure they meet business objectives.
• Innovation: Continuously seeking opportunities to improve BI processes and tools.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
• Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes.
• Experience with SQL and DAX queries.
• Knowledge of data modeling, data integration, and data warehousing.
