Warehouse Superintendent

We're seeking a Warehouse Superintendent to lead transformation and drive performance at our Romulus, MI location. As a critical leadership role, you'll shape culture, enforce safety regulations, and impact operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, claims processing, and building maintenance
• Deliver objectives such as building safety, positive UAW relationships, error rate, denial rate, and inventory accuracy
• Supervise and train GSR 6/7 staff and supervisors, and oversee building organization and cleanliness
• Collaborate with the Regional Manager and Plant Manager to execute warehouse tasks and performance metrics
• Champion quality continuous improvement initiatives and deliver objectives related to safety, quality, efficiency, and cost

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of experience in a plant or warehouse environment
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to ensure accountability
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate employees
• Working knowledge of Windows programs and SAP/EWM systems

Salary:

• $96,720 - $162,120 per year
