Affiliate Marketing Manager

We are seeking an Affiliate Marketing Manager to build and scale our affiliate and partner-led referral program from the ground up. As a hands-on operator, you will own strategy and execution end-to-end, recruiting and activating partners, designing commission and payout structures, standing up tracking and attribution, and driving profitable, scalable revenue through the channel.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who has built or scaled an affiliate program before. You’re as comfortable recruiting and negotiating with partners as you are in the tracking, attribution, and unit economics.

Responsibilities

• Build and own the affiliate/partner program strategy and execution across self-serve, developer, and creator segments
• Recruit, onboard, and activate affiliates, publishers, and creator partners
• Design and optimize commission, payout, and incentive structures to drive profitable growth
• Stand up tracking, attribution, and fraud/quality controls so affiliate impact is measurable and clean
• Partner with creative and lifecycle on affiliate assets, landing pages, and promo copy
• Manage partner relationships, performance reviews, and ongoing enablement
• Move fast: test partner cohorts and offers, analyze performance, iterate quickly, and document learnings
• Partner with finance and legal on payouts, agreements, and compliance

Requirements

• Proven track record building or scaling an affiliate/partner program that drove measurable revenue
• Hands-on expertise with affiliate/partner platforms (Impact, PartnerStack, Rewardful, Tune, Everflow, or similar) and tracking/attribution
• Strong analytical chops,you understand attribution, incrementality, and LTV vs payout math without needing a second opinion
• Experience recruiting, negotiating with, and managing affiliates, publishers, or creator partners
• Skilled at designing commission structures and controlling for fraud and low-quality traffic
• Clear communicator with the ability to write high-intent copy and brief creative
• You thrive in scrappy, high-ownership environments and are confident building a program from the ground up
