Plant Controller

We are seeking a Plant Controller to join our team at the Santhià plant in Italy.

As a Plant Controller, you will play a key role in managing and controlling the plant's activities, providing essential support to the management team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare periodic reports to monitor plant activities based on business analysis
• Develop and implement additional control reports to enhance data quality and management information
• Collect and consolidate plant management data
• Oversee the creation of a monthly dashboard, including quantitative and economic information on business performance and profitability
• Conduct thorough monthly analysis of business trends, producing a comprehensive Operational Report
• Coordinate the preparation of the annual product budget and periodic revisions
• Analyse budget variances and identify areas for improvement
• Actively participate in cross-functional improvement projects
• Ensure correct implementation of the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology, focusing on Cost Deployment

Requirements:

• Degree in Economics or Management Engineering
• Minimum 3-4 years of experience in industrial management control within structured and modern organisations in the automotive or manufacturing sector
• Excellent spoken and written English language skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data processing
• Familiarity with a major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain accuracy and determination
