Description
Our Technical Marketing Engineer Team is responsible for Cisco's industrial IoT portfolio with advanced cybersecurity capabilities.
As a Technical Marketing Engineer, you will focus on existing and new hardware/software capabilities of Cisco's Industrial Routing Portfolio, Cisco SD-WAN for unified management and security for IT/OT networks, and cyber resiliency.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Product Management, Development, Test Teams, Customers, and Partners
- Driving adoption through internal and external training, demos, and collateral creation
- Communicating the highlights of industrial solutions at conferences and Executive Briefings
- Providing technical responses to the Sales Team and Partner community
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree + 5 years of related experience, or Master's degree + 3 years of related experience, or PhD + 0 years of related experience
- Experience in SD-WAN / SASE / SSE technologies
- 3+ years of experience with Networking: routing and switching
- Experience crafting user documentation and delivering technical demonstrations
Preferred qualifications include:
- 3+ years of experience with Industrial Switching, Routing & cellular technologies like 5G and Security
- 3+ years of experience with IT/OT networks and Industrial IoT solutions
- Hands-on proficiency with modern coding assistants
- Familiarity with Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN Manager and Catalyst Center
We offer a competitive salary range of $138,100.00 to $196,500.00, and benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.
