Description
Hogan Lovells' Paris office is seeking a commercial law intern to join the Strategic Operations, Agreements and Regulations (SOAR) team.
The SOAR team provides comprehensive advice to clients on regulatory and commercial issues, working closely with colleagues across the firm's international network. The team advises major French and international companies on various aspects of commercial law, including contract disputes, distribution agreements, and product launches.
As an intern, you will work on core client files with specialized lawyers and be involved in the entire client management process, from receiving requests to producing deliverables. Your main tasks will include:
- Preparing daily news updates to stay informed about current events;
- Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis;
- Drafting consultations, notes, and contracts;
- Assisting colleagues and partners in preparing files and tracking client progress;
- Participating in conference calls and meetings.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in business law (general or specialized), DJCE, competition and distribution law, international trade law, or equivalent;
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
