As a Retail Team Member, you'll create a welcoming, safe, and well-presented store that keeps customers coming back.
Your responsibilities include:
- Serving customers with a smile and helping them find what they need
- Preparing fresh food and coffee and keeping things moving at the checkout
- Restocking shelves, receiving deliveries, and maintaining displays
- Ensuring customers can easily find what they're after
- Maintaining high standards across the entire site, including the shop floor, food areas, bathrooms, and forecourt
- Following safety procedures, handling transactions accurately, and taking ownership of day-to-day store operations
