Keywords Studios is seeking a Pharmaceutical Warehouse Associate for one of its pharmaceutical clients based in Indianapolis, IN.
The warehouse team focuses on receiving, inventory, shipping, stickering, supply management, destruction, and special projects.
This role offers opportunities for upward mobility, growth, and skill development within this department and others with the client.
Responsibilities include:
- Cycle counting
- Stickering and labeling
- Cooler construction
- Supply preparation and management
- Specialty projects
- Assisting with Special Security Substances (SSS) inventories
Requirements:
- Strong organization and multi-tasking abilities
- Experience with inventory management, preferably in clinical trials (not mandatory)
- Solid communication skills for collaboration with multiple teams
- Attention to detail while working on multiple projects
- Ability to pass the client's background and drug screen
- Experience in a regulated industry, preferably pharmaceutical (similar experience is acceptable)
- High school degree or GED
- Familiarity with basic Windows systems
- Proficiency in inventory software, databases, and systems (highly desirable)
Workplace requirements:
- Comfortable with being lifted 25 feet on a forklift and cherry picker (training provided)
- Able to work up to 8 hours in temperatures as low as 42 degrees (equipment provided)
- Ability to bend and lift 50 pounds
