Technology & Innovation Engineer

We are seeking an engineer to join our Technology & Innovation team at Williams F1 Team, based in Grove, Wantage.

As part of this role, you will work closely with our engineering teams to design, develop and implement innovative solutions that drive performance improvement across the team.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and test software solutions to support the team's engineering activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Develop and maintain technical documentation to support knowledge sharing and reuse
• Work closely with senior engineers to ensure solutions meet the team's technical standards

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of software development principles and practices
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, C++ or Java
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
