This hands-on role supports the CEO and Chief Events Officer while acting as a central point of support for the wider team, covering diary management, event operations, HR administration, IT coordination, and office management.
Executive Support
- Manage diaries, coordinate meetings, and book travel for senior directors and the wider team.
- Prepare presentations, templates, and branded materials using PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools.
- Handle team expenses, general administration, and confidential personal matters.
HR & People Administration
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain attendance records and manage new starters on Breathe HR.
- Administer pension enrolment and the Benenden Health Scheme.
- Track mandatory training via iHASCO.
IT & Systems Administration
- Coordinate IT setup for new starters and equipment return for leavers.
- Act as the day-to-day point of contact with the outsourced IT helpdesk provider.
- Set up new users on the CRM system.
Office & Team Support
- Keep the office running smoothly and act as a central point of support.
- Organise team-building activities, birthdays, and internal events.
- Coordinate client dinners and roundtables with the events team.
- Manage facilities and office tasks within the WeWork space.
Event Operations
- Support the Chief Events Officer with flagship annual events and roundtables.
- Assist with logistics, supplier coordination, and on-the-day support.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or Team Assistant in a private sector SME.
- Strong organisational skills and team event management experience.
- Experience with team expenses, travel arrangements, and Microsoft 365.
- Curiosity about AI tools and their applications.
- Positive and collaborative energy with strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong administrative ability.
Nice to Have
- HR experience, including contract drafting and employment law.
- Experience with recruitment, ATS systems, and CRM administration.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools.

- Salary £42,000 to £45,000.
