Description
We are seeking a skilled Pelvic Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team at Atrium Health Cleveland Rehabilitation. As a pelvic physical therapist, you will play a crucial role in evaluating and treating patients with pelvic floor dysfunction. You will work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients, select and administer assessment techniques, and synthesize information to establish an appropriate patient care plan.
- Gather and interpret data from medical records, physician reports, patients, and families.
- Establish functional goals with patients and provide evidence-based interventions to meet these goals.
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge notes accurately.
- Communicate effectively with physicians, referral sources, and other clinical staff.
Physical Requirements
- Hearing and vision adequate for oral/aural communication and reading.
- Intelligible speech and adequate language/cognitive skills.
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, kneel, twist, bend, and lift patients or equipment.
Education, Experience, and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy required.
- Applicable state license for Physical Therapy required.
- BLS certification required.

- Competitive salary range: $35.50 - $53.25 per hour
- 40 hours per week, with 36 hours Monday to Friday
