Maintenance Controller

Anduril Industries is seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Controller with a passion for developmental flight test of the new and revolutionary Fury CCA.

As a Maintenance Controller, you will oversee the maintenance schedule to ensure that the Group 5 UAS and all associated equipment are at peak operational readiness.

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Directing and managing all maintenance schedules for Fury to ensure aircraft are mission-capable
• Developing and implementing maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures
• Coordinating maintenance schedules in alignment with flight operations to optimize aircraft availability and minimize downtime
• Ensuring thorough documentation and reporting of maintenance activities
• Overseeing the management of maintenance logs, records, and reports
• Cross-training personnel as mission coordinators, system operators, and maintainers
• Managing inventory of parts, tools, and supplies
• Liaising with engineering and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot complex issues
• Serving as a point of contact for the customer, DCMA officials, and other stakeholders
• Maintaining a strong safety culture by conducting regular briefings and enforcing compliance with all safety regulations

The ideal candidate will have experience performing maintenance test lead/manager responsibilities, excellent leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with military maintenance protocols and aviation industry standards.
