Data & Vendor Management Specialist - VAN DEER-Red Bull Sports

We are seeking a Data & Vendor Management Specialist to join our team at VAN DEER-Red Bull Sports in Scheffau am Tennengebirge, Austria.

As a Data & Vendor Management Specialist, you will be responsible for managing central data processes between sales, product management, and marketing. You will serve as the interface between suppliers, internal departments, and our systems, ensuring accurate master data, efficient order processing, and effective vendor management.

Key responsibilities:

• Master data management: maintain supplier and article master data, ensuring high data quality and completeness.
• Procurement and contract management: process orders, negotiate conditions, and administer supplier agreements.
• Stakeholder management: collaborate closely with internal departments and external suppliers and partners.
• Projects and process optimisation: support procurement projects and drive continuous improvement of purchasing and data processes.

Requirements:

• Experience in master data maintenance, article setup, or order processing, ideally in an international environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
• Structured, detail-oriented, and solution-focused work style with high quality standards.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.

Education and qualifications:

• Completed commercial education or studies, preferably related to purchasing, supply chain, or data management.
• Good German and English language skills.
• Travel willingness: 0-10%.
