Job Description: The Business Operations team is an internal strategic consulting team that supports the growth of Fifty-Five and its employees in France and internationally. As a Business Operations Associate, you will actively participate in various projects launched by the team, in collaboration with top management and Fifty-Five experts, on three major themes: business intelligence, organisation and internal strategy, and knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse mission profitability and employee staffing
- Prepare quarterly performance analyses for different offices presented to top management
- Optimise reporting (API, BigQuery, DataStudio...)
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses of performance indicators
- Participate in strategic reflections on the company's international development
- Support different offices and teams on various topics
- Develop and implement new processes and tools
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bac +5 degree in a top business or engineering school, or equivalent university degree, and looking for a final internship
- Strong appetite for innovation and the digital transformation sector
- High analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent writing and synthesis skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google Office suite
- Knowledge of SQL and/or DataStudio is a plus
- Fluent in English
