Event Operations Staff - Iowa Speedway

We are seeking seasonal event operations staff to assist with the NASCAR race weekend. Qualified candidates will be responsible for checking in/checking out event staff, preparing credential documents, and working with promoters to manage the organization/operation of the credential buildings on event weekend.

What you'll do

Qualified candidates will be responsible for:

• Checking in/checking out event staff and ensuring appropriate attire and equipment is issued.
• Preparing credential documents leading into event and execute the disbursement and collection of credentials per company policies on event days.
• Working with promoters to manage the organization/operation of the credential buildings on event weekend.

What you need

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Strong communication skills including written reports.
• Ability to work outdoors in changing weather conditions for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from the track location.
