Description
Charlotte Tilbury is currently recruiting Freelance Makeup Artists to join the team as a Freelance Brand Expert in the Coachella Valley area, including Palm Springs, Palm Desert, Hesperia, La Quinta, and Apple Valley.
As a Freelance Brand Expert, you will be part of the Charlotte Tilbury Freelance Makeup Artist team, requiring strong artistry, sales, and service skills. You will teach customers Charlotte's secrets of artistry learned over 20 years of working at the top of the industry with top celebrities and brands.
Your main duties will include:
- Driving sales and achieving daily and event sales goals, and sales per hour targets
- Creating brand awareness through sharing and demonstrating product knowledge
- Hosting and leading corporate events within Sephora and Ulta
- Providing exceptional customer service and leading by example to promote the Tilbury Touch
- Training and educating beauty advisors within various retailers
- Maintaining excellent counter hygiene standards and ensuring the counter is customer-ready
- Assisting with visual merchandising, new launch displays, and collateral placement
- Executing events and maintaining communication with the brand field team
You will need to be sales-driven, have experience in beauty and retail, and be able to reflect the brand values and customer base.
