Our Financial Institutions team at Hogan Lovells in Paris is seeking a full-time intern for the period from July to December 2028.
As an intern, you will work closely with our team to provide support on various financial transactions and advisory projects related to complex and innovative financial subjects.
Your main tasks will include:
- Conducting in-depth legal research and analysis
- Drafting memoranda, consultations, contracts, and other documents
- Assisting colleagues in preparing client files and follow-up
To be considered, you should have completed a university degree in business law and contract law, with a specialization in insurance, banking, finance, or business law with a focus on insurance, banking, and international monetary law.
Language skills: fluency in English is essential, both written and spoken.
