Regional Field Sales Manager Brasov

We are seeking a Regional Field Sales Manager to lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Representatives in Brasov, Romania. The successful candidate will drive commercial success, ensure excellence in execution, customer engagement, and delivery of regional sales objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute Field Sales Business plans for the assigned territory
• Manage Field Sales Team's KPIs and agency KPIs (if relevant)
• Ensure achievement of defined KPI targets: store coverage, distribution, additional store placements, cashier coolers, Perfect Store, etc.
• Promotional execution – ensure desired promotions are in place and running from the first day
• Define the relevant universe that should be covered by the Field Sales Team
• Enable the team to develop the store universe through active selling, implementation of the Perfect Store Concept, and rotating coverage model
• Ensure that the Field Team has all relevant information to perform their function
• Ensure correct input of audit data by the team and use audit reports to develop the Field Team
• Train and develop the team to maximize each team member's contribution and potential
• Regularly coach the team in the field with joint store visits
• Establish and maintain a dynamic and inclusive team environment
• Interface with other departments within the company

Requirements:

• >5 years' experience in FMCG sector, including leadership of people
• Valid driving license
• Leadership, motivation, and team skills
• Clear understanding of market sales & distribution, competitor activity, and consumer behavior in FMCG context
• Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience with Field Sales tools
• Very high negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Management reporting and budget control
• Strong presentation skills

Travel: 70-80%
