Description
We are seeking a Food Manager to lead our team in Bolton. As a Food Manager, you will be responsible for role modelling and coaching high standards and efficiency across the whole food hall. You will manage compliance to processes whilst bringing passion and flair for great shop keeping and customer service.
The successful candidate will have previous line management responsibilities in a fast-paced, operational environment. You will provide brilliant customer service and coach a team to do the same. You will deliver KPIs and other performance indicators, manage disciplinaries and performance issues, and lead operations.
The essential criteria for this role include:
- A track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Experience leading teams in a dynamic, customer-facing environment
- Leadership experience in a high-volume, fast-paced operational setting
- Proven success in delivering against a wide range of KPIs
- Experience managing complex people matters
