We are seeking a Compliance AO to join our team in Taipei City. As a Compliance AO, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization complies with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the process for monitoring changes in laws and regulations
- Update relevant databases and compliance manuals in a timely manner
- Communicate with relevant units to assess and confirm compliance with regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular self-assessments and reviews of compliance manuals
- Organize meetings with compliance supervisors and committees
- Execute risk assessments for compliance with group requirements
- Evaluate the legality of consultation opinions
- Handle whistleblowing cases and information disclosure-related matters
- Assist with project execution and pilot business operations
- Prepare reports on various business-related matters
