Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, where you'll be at the frontline of the UK’s fastest-growing retailer.
You'll work early mornings, Sundays from 06:00-10:00, Thursdays from 04:00-08:00, and Fridays from 04:00-08:00.
As a Customer Assistant, you'll provide five-star service, recommend and sell M&S Food products, and drive sales growth.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment
- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues
- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store
Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
