Senior AI Software Developer - Iron Man

Electronic Arts is seeking a Senior AI Software Developer to join their Iron Man project, which is being developed using Unreal Engine 5. As a Senior AI Developer, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of AI features and systems in an innovative and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and enhance various features related to behaviours, navigation, and core systems through collaboration with other software developers, game designers, and animators.
• Participate in defining the architecture of foundational AI technology and associated performance targets.
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to brainstorm solutions that further the game's artistic and design vision.
• Mentor other developers on the AI team and participate in design and code reviews.
• Work closely with QA and technical leadership to ensure the stability, quality, and performance of AI systems.

Requirements:

• B.S. (or higher) degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 10+ years of professional C/C++ experience.
• Experience developing AI systems on AAA games with at least one shipped title.
• Strong teamwork skills but also the ability to take ownership and work independently.
• Experience using Unreal Engine 4/5 is strongly preferred.
• Prior leadership experience is desirable.
• Passion for both developing and playing games.
