Partnerships Manager

We're seeking a skilled Partnerships Manager to join our team in Elsbethen, Salzburg, Austria.

As a Partnerships Manager, you will take ownership of a portfolio of strategic partners and serve as their primary day-to-day contact. You will build trusted relationships across partner organizations, develop a deep understanding of their businesses, brands, audiences, and marketing objectives, and translate contractual rights into meaningful partnership programs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a portfolio of strategic partners and serving as their primary day-to-day contact
• Developing integrated activation plans across content, digital, social media, experiences, hospitality, events, athlete access, and brand campaigns
• Defining clear objectives and KPIs for partnership activities, evaluating performance, and creating meaningful partnership reviews and reports
• Leading partnership projects from briefing and planning through execution and post-project evaluation
• Supporting the Head of Partnerships and the wider Commercial Team in evolving our partnership strategy, proposition, and ways of working
• Representing Red Bull Pro Cycling at partner meetings, races, events, and industry occasions internationally

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in partnerships, sports marketing, brand marketing, or international account management
• Fluent in English and German; additional languages are an advantage
• Proven experience managing major brands or complex partnership accounts
• Strong understanding of integrated marketing, including content, digital, social media, experiential marketing, and brand activation
• Strong commercial awareness and an understanding of partnership rights, value creation, and return on investment
• Experience defining KPIs and using data and insights to evaluate partnership performance
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and confidence working with senior internal and external decision-makers
• A proactive, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Excellent project management capabilities, with a high level of autonomy
• Demonstrated ability to champion ideas, influence stakeholders, and remain resilient when constructively challenged

The minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position is €2,362 gross per month.
