Turnaround Coördinator

We are seeking a Turnaround Coördinator to prepare, organize, and oversee periodic planned turnarounds at our factory in Kruiningen. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that production is halted and restarted in a timely and safe manner.

Responsibilities:

• Inventory and coordinate tasks during planned turnarounds with department heads and stakeholders;
• Plan and monitor activities, adjusting schedules as needed;
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure a smooth turnaround process;
• Identify areas for improvement and participate in projects to optimize the turnaround process;
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures.

Requirements:

• Completed MBO+ or HBO education in a technical field;
• Experience in a similar role, such as a Work Coordinator or Turnaround Planner;
• Knowledge of procedures in the food industry;
• Proactive, strong communication skills, and ability to work independently and in a team;
• Proficiency in English.
