Description
We are looking for a Channel Delivery Intern to join our Global Commercial Operations Channel Delivery team at Electronic Arts. As an intern, you will be responsible for executing plans across all channels, storefronts, and partners, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of EA assets for Console & PC across all platforms and digital channels.
The internship is a 12-month paid programme starting in July 2027, with a hybrid work model requiring a minimum of 3 days onsite per week. You will work closely with various Global Operations teams and cross-functional teams, including Digital Merchandising, Content Adaptation, and Brand Marketing, to deliver exceptional gaming experiences and achieve business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Store Operations to support go-to-market release schedules, working across multiple time zones.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings with Merchandising and Brand Marketing to align on operational priorities.
- Coordinate and deliver digital marketing assets across multiple platforms and channels to meet product deadlines.
- Conduct post-launch reviews on major title releases to identify workflow improvements and operational best practices.
Requirements:
- Currently studying in your penultimate year of an undergraduate Bachelor's degree with a planned placement year.
- Available to start a full-time, 12-month placement in July 2027.
- Eligible to work in Guildford, UK without additional visa or relocation support.
