As a Market Street Florist, you will be responsible for designing beautiful flower arrangements, maintaining vibrant displays, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver friendly, expert service to customers, taking orders with confidence and providing specialist advice on flower care and arrangement styles.
- Use your creative floristry skills to prepare hand-tied bouquets and value-added floral arrangements to company standards.
- Maintain flower displays, ensuring they are fresh, attractive, and well-stocked throughout the trading day.
- Share your floristry techniques with colleagues to develop skills within the store team.
