SuccessFactors Payroll Module Lead

As a SuccessFactors Payroll Module Lead, you will take end-to-end ownership of designing and delivering Payroll solutions within HR transformation programs.

You will lead payroll functional design, configuration and integration, ensuring accurate, compliant and efficient payroll operations for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions
• Conduct business requirement workshops, perform fit-gap analysis and translate payroll processes into system designs
• Define and configure payroll schemas, rules, wage types and pay calendars in line with client policies and statutory requirements
• Collaborate with Employee Central and integration teams to ensure seamless data flow between EC, Payroll, Finance and third-party systems
• Manage end-to-end testing, including payroll simulations and parallel runs, to validate accuracy and compliance
• Provide guidance on payroll control frameworks, compliance standards and post-go-live support
• Establish best practices, ensure documentation quality and support knowledge transfer to client teams
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to continuous improvement of the SuccessFactors practice

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources or a related field
• 5+ years of SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll experience, including 3+ full implementation cycles
• Experience integrating payroll with Finance and time/attendance systems
• Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll
• Deep understanding of core HR processes, data models, workflows and security concepts
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Fluent in English; additional regional language skills are a plus
