Integrated Campaign Manager, Life Sciences Marketing

GenScript is seeking an Integrated Campaign Manager, Life Sciences Marketing to support the Integrated Communications & Content department. The successful candidate will report to the Associate Director, Marketing Campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transform business needs into marketing campaigns
• Develop insight-driven creative strategies and campaign plans, including target audience definition and omni-channel content development
• Oversee internal and external creative content creation, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and business strategies
• Build the GenScript LSG brand narrative across campaigns, ensuring consistency and strategic continuity
• Optimize marketing campaign processes and management tools
• Monitor campaign progress, analyze effectiveness, and provide optimization suggestions
• Lead the marketing campaigns team's engagement, capability development, and performance assessment

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in life sciences, biotechnology, biomedical sciences, chemistry, biochemistry, or a related scientific discipline
• 7+ years of professional experience, including at least 3+ years of experience in marketing campaign strategy, planning, and execution
• Experience in the biotechnology, biomedical, pharmaceutical, life sciences, or related industries is highly preferred
• Familiarity with marketing campaign planning, execution, and analysis, as well as digital marketing channels and strategies
• Strong market insight, analytical skills, and strategic thinking capabilities
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and communication skills
