Quality Expert - The Sims

Electronic Arts is seeking a Quality Expert to join their team in Bogota, Colombia. The successful candidate will work onsite and be responsible for supporting quality testing execution and strategies, mentoring junior talent, and improving quality processes.

Responsibilities:

• Support quality testing execution and strategies definitions based on game design document analysis
• Partner with development, production, design, and QV team members
• Mentor junior talent in quality assurance foundation and best practices
• Work on quality/process improvements along with the leadership team
• Create and execute test scenarios and identify automated & data-driven testing scope
• Execute early risk assessment, management, and resolution

Qualifications:

• 5+ years' of experience in Quality Assurance supporting multiple platforms
• 5+ years' of experience using test tools, testing methodology, and QA processes
• Understanding of interdisciplinary dependencies and associated development risks
• Experience defining test strategies within a feature or domain area
• Experience using development tools to enhance white and gray-box testing strategies
• Experience with QA metrics to inform testing decisions
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
