Description
We are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to develop payment solutions using Java J2EE stack. The ideal candidate will have experience leading complex enterprise applications and be skilled in the latest J2EE frameworks.
Responsibilities:
- Technically lead projects through all stages of the project life cycle
- Work closely with Project Architect, BA, and customer to come up with high-level and low-level design
- Develop critical components and create proof of concepts for new use cases
- Conduct code reviews and ensure overall code quality
- Coach and mentor less experienced team members
- Write and review Design Documentation
- Study upcoming technologies and identify how they can be used to improve existing solutions
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience with core Java, Spring Boot, Spring, SQL, RDBMS, NoSQL, Web-services, Kafka, Zookeeper
- Experience with microservice applications and deploying them on public clouds
- Knowledge of Design Patterns and Security concepts
- Strong logical and analytical skills, design skills, and communication skills
