Commercial Activation Manager - FC

Electronic Arts is seeking a Commercial Activation Manager - FC to join their Commercial team in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of the Commercial Chapter, outlining annual Commercial and Executional Strategies for FC.

Responsibilities:

• Lead commercial planning and activation efforts
• Collaborate with Marketing and Global Operations to develop platform strategies
• Provide commercial inputs into regional strategies and investments
• Ensure commercial readiness across assets, localization, metadata, and scheduling
• Represent FC with first-party platform and store partners
• Identify, assess, and execute licencing and merchandising opportunities

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Commercial, Publishing, Strategy, or Product Management
• Experience managing live service performance and understanding of acquisition, engagement, and monetization KPIs
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
• Natural communicator and storyteller
• Experience developing and delivering high-impact commercial projects and programs
• Business degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
