Sales Trainee

This is a training role designed to prepare you for the Account Sales Manager position. As a Sales Trainee, you will support sales initiatives, provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during periods of absence, and maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations for large and small format off-premise stores.

Responsibilities

• Participate in a training program aimed at developing skills for the Account Sales Manager role
• Support sales initiatives and provide route coverage as needed
• Maintain customer relationships across sales, merchandising, and operations
• Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, including products and brand standards
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper product rotation and brand flow
• Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales
• Obtain necessary tools and insights to execute daily plans
• Communicate effectively with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers on daily priorities
• Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
• Support the team with audits, merchandising, and display building

Requirements

• Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card
• At least 21 years of age
• Experience in customer service and sales is advantageous
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays
• English proficiency; additional languages are beneficial

Salary

• The base salary range for this position is $17.84 to $26.76 per hour; actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.
