Mosqueteiro (On Trade Consultant)

We are seeking a Mosqueteiro (On Trade Consultant) to join our team in Vitória, Brazil.

As a Mosqueteiro, you will be responsible for developing sales and brand awareness in the On Premise channel, focusing on nightclubs, bars, hotels, and restaurants.

Responsibilities:

• Expand and live the Red Bull On Premise culture, building credibility and influential relationships
• Develop and protect accounts in the region through permanent business analysis
• Position the Red Bull brand and product portfolio correctly in the territory
• Identify, care for, and develop local and regional On Premise accounts
• Ensure alignment with the Distributor's Sales Force to achieve adequate numerical distribution
• Conduct continuous training with staff to ensure correct brand understanding
• Manage key events in the region
• Negotiate and implement commercial agreements based on win-win relationships
• Prepare and send reports on time
• Manage the On-premise channel budget, planning and monitoring resource usage

Requirements:

• Completed higher education
• Experience in On Premise and Events areas
• Valid driver's license (Category B)
• Intermediate English level
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
