Pelvic Health Therapist

We are seeking a part-time Pelvic Health Therapist to join our team in Mequon. As a licensed physical therapist, you will interpret physician referrals, complete evaluations, and establish plans of care for patients. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting musculoskeletal, neuromuscular, cardiopulmonary, and integumentary evaluations
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Providing patient education and discharge planning
• Maintaining accurate records and completing required documentation
• Participating in performance improvement activities and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

• Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state where you work
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Intermediate computer skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in pelvic health physical therapy
