Description

As a Patient Access Coordinator at PT Solutions Physical Therapy, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, managing check-in/check-out, payments, and documentation while ensuring a positive and efficient clinic experience.

You will play a key role in maintaining accurate information, supporting clinic operations, and facilitating communication between patients and care teams.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients, managing check-in/check-out, verifying information, and scheduling follow-up appointments
  • Handling payments, explaining financial responsibilities, and maintaining accurate daily financial records
  • Supporting clinic operations by managing phones, schedules, referrals, and EMR documentation
  • Delivering a positive patient experience by assisting with questions and addressing concerns professionally
  • Ensuring compliance with HIPAA, insurance processes, and accurate documentation standards
  • Collaborating with therapists and internal teams to coordinate care and resolve access or scheduling issues
  • Assisting with clinic operations, special projects, and providing coverage support as needed
